20" Small - Generally 4-7 Yrs Old - Mini-Mites/Mites

24" Medium - Generally 8-10 Yrs Old - Squirts Some PeeWees

26" Intermediate - Generally 11 - 12 Yrs Old - PeeWees and Small Bantams

28" Large - Generally 13-15 Yrs Old - Bantams and small Midgets

32" X-Large - Bantam/Midget/Adults (A good standard is if you are taller than 6', order 32"-XL, if you are shorter than 6' order 28" L)
